911 Educators Team Building experiences close achievement gaps and enhance increased learning possibilities for individuals. These Teams employ critical lenses from three perspectives: self, school, and
society. This inclusive method results in the accumulation of information that
reveals the intricacies of achievement possibilities.

On-Site 911Educators Networking Teams
On-site 911 Educators Teams are formed at each site. Team members must meet a list of criteria in
order to qualify for a team. To qualify for training faculty members must have leadership qualities, a
vision for the school, shared goals, think outside of the box, and believe in
the higher potential of historically marginalized students.
Faculty members
who are selected to be part of the team can earn professional development hours, a stipend for
training and/or district negotiated career advancements.
