Ingredients:
1 pinch of self
1 pinch of school
1 pinch of society
Directions:

First – one school administrator:
become a change agent and explore methods of implementing improved lines of
communication for parents and students. (SCHOOL/SELF)
·
Second - one layperson: get involved with
a nearby school and encourage others to join in this venture. (SOCIETY/SCHOOL)
·
Third - one teacher: build community and
societal connections by including diverse voices in class instruction. (SCHOOL/SOCIETY)
·
Fourth - one student: critically examine
his/her self-worth. Ex. evaluate contributions he/she can offer society. (SELF/SOCIETY)
·
Fifth - one parent: share a child’s
accomplishments with a school guidance counselor and/or teacher. (SCHOOL/SELF)
·
Blend
ingredients until consistency is smooth, sprinkle caring on top, and serve
immediately. Note: Appropriate recipe changes, based
on changing times, are required before use.
